
Visual Design Semester
Aimed at students with at least one-year previous study in their selected area, study abroad semesters (5 months) offer participants a chance to gain invaluable insights into GCC market and Dubai lifestyle, new cultural influences across Europe and Middle East, new trends, contemporary issues as well as the impact of luxury companies and brands.

This semester-abroad program in Visual Design equips students with the skills to craft compelling visual narratives across diverse media. Through a project-based learning approach, students will explore key subjects such as Brand Communication, Communication in Exhibitions, and Communication Tools & Techniques, developing expertise in creating engaging and strategic content for brands and cultural institutions.
The course delves into Communication Theory to provide a strong conceptual foundation while incorporating Interface Design, Digital Video Production, and Multimedia Design to foster technical proficiency. A historical perspective is also emphasized, with Aesthetic Trends History examining the visual languages that have shaped contemporary design and digital culture.
Students will engage in hands-on projects, working with real-world briefs to sharpen their design thinking and storytelling skills. By the end of the program, graduates will be prepared to navigate the evolving landscape of visual design, crafting meaningful experiences across digital and physical platforms.
